The Napkin Test<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Claim:<\/strong>\u00a0Real honey stays in place; fake honey spreads and creates a wet ring.<br \/>\n<strong>Reality:<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Sometimes<\/em>\u00a0reliable. It checks water content, but\u00a0<strong>liquid honeys like acacia<\/strong>\u00a0may spread even when genuine.
